A single core journey costs less than a multi-module app with separate ownership groups.
Existing catalogue quality
Clean exports shorten reviews; undocumented historical events add discovery time.
On-site preference
Remote is default. On-site workshops in Merseyside or elsewhere in the UK may include travel.
Revision rounds
Flagship engagements include one revision cycle. Extra stakeholder rounds are quoted separately.
