If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or request services. Specific engagement contracts may add commercial details; where they conflict with these website terms on fees or deliverables, the signed engagement terms prevail.

Services described

Content on this site describes advisory engagements for application analytics event taxonomy planning. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope begins only when both parties confirm an engagement in writing, including fee and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and branding belong to Service Lagoon Core Ltd. You may view and print pages for personal evaluation. You may not reproduce site content for commercial redistribution without permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement; we retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and non-confidential frameworks.

Client materials

You warrant that materials you provide (event exports, product documentation, credentials for read-only review where agreed) are shared lawfully and that you have authority to grant us access for the engagement.

Liability

We provide planning advice and written catalogues in good faith. We do not warrant that following a taxonomy will achieve specific commercial results. To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, our aggregate liability arising from site use or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current but may update them without prior notice. Typographical errors may occur.

Governing law
